The Position: We’re looking for a full-time Client Support Representative to help us provide basic telephone and email support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • No criminal background
  • Passion for helping others
  • Excitement for problem-solving
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent critical-thinking/decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (must enjoy talking on the phone)
  • Ability to learn software quickly
  • Teaching/coaching skills
  • Can gain the cooperation of diverse personality types
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Stable employment history; remained in previous roles for a minimum of 1 year

Responsibilities:                                   

  • Provides first-level support for clients and employees
  • Captures needs, offers solutions and facilitates same or escalates issues as necessary
  • Liaison for remote workers located all around North America and Asia
  • File clerk duties
